How is the culture at Lifespark?

Each individual here is a self-starter. Once they are onboarded to a particular project, they are expected to own and execute independently. The size of the team means that each individual has a hand in steering the collective efforts of the company. We are particular about documentation and we are obsessed with customer experience. We work Mon-Sat, and we prefer having people in the office. The spontaneous brainstorming that happens in person is not always possible remotely.

Lifespark Technologies is an Indian and UK based MedTech company building medical devices and digital health solutions for neurological conditions such as Stroke, Parkinson's Disease, Spinal cord injury and more. Lifespark is focused on the home based remote patient care segment (diagnostics, monitoring and therapeutics), with solutions such as the PATHFINDER platform for care management and the WALK medical device for preventing falls. Lifespark's innovations in Parkinson's Disease and chronic care management are widely used.
