CANCELLATION POLICY
 

1.1 You may cancel an order (of a physical product / service) within 1 day from the time of placing the order, provided the product has not yet been shipped or the service has not yet been delivered or commenced.

1.2 Once the product has been shipped, or the service has been delivered/commenced, cancellation will not be possible. In such cases, you may request a return (if applicable) following our Return Policy.

1.3 For digital products, downloads, or services that begin immediately after purchase: such orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable once access has been provided / product downloaded / service started.

GENERAL RETURN POLICY

 

We do not accept returns of medical devices or accesories.

For other cases, our return policy is as below.

For accepted returns, we offer the following return resolutions:

1. Refund to original payment method within 10-14 business days

2. Refund as store credit within 5-7 business days

Make sure your returns are unused and undamaged. You should include Return items, Packing slip, Proof of purchase, Return form in the return package.
